Local Construction Company / Remodel Laborer
Pay: Depending on Experience!
Hours: Monday - Friday
Job Duties:
- Assist in demolition work, including the removal of old fixtures, walls, and flooring.
- Perform basic carpentry tasks, such as framing, installing drywall, and trim work.
- Assist with painting, sanding, and prepping surfaces for finishing.
- Help with the installation of flooring, cabinets, windows, and doors.
- Load and unload materials and tools, ensuring they are organized and readily available.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by clearing debris and ensuring tools are stored properly.
- Support skilled tradespeople, including electricians, plumbers, and carpenters, as needed.
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure project efficiency.
- Perform other general labor tasks as assigned.
Applicant Requirements:
- Must have a clean background.
- Pass a drug screen.
