Job Summary
- Role: Labor - Underground Utility Contractor

Main Duties
- Dig and grade trenches using shovels, picks, or other hand tools.
- Load and unload heavy pipe, fittings, and construction materials.
- Install, align and join pipes for water, sewer, or electrical lines.
- Set up safety barriers, cones, and trench shoring equipment.
- Help machine operators by signaling movements and checking depths.
- Clean and maintain tools, equipment, and job sites.
Skills and Requirements
- Physical Strength: Lift 50 pounds or more and stand for long hours.
- Endurance: Work outdoors in all-weather types (heat, cold, rain).
- Safety First: Follow OSHA guidelines and wear proper gear (PPE).
- Teamwork: Listen well and communicate clearly with crew members.
- Experience: High school diploma and two years in construction work.
