Position Title: Construction Laborer
Location: Primary sites in Morris County, NJ (Denville & Surrounding Area)

Position Overview
We are seeking reliable Construction Laborers to support general contracting and commercial build sites across Morris County. You will work alongside our project superintendents and skilled trades to manage site logistics, material flow, and general site upkeep.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain site cleanliness, manage debris removal, stage materials, and handle site prep/breakdown.
Assist carpenters and masons with tool staging, framing layout, and concrete prep.
Safely operate power tools, ladders, lifts, compactors, and basic job site machinery.
Assist with selective demolition, structural prep work, and safety barrier installation.
Adhere strictly to OSHA standards and company safety guidelines.
Qualifications & Requirements
Experience: Minimum 1–2 years on commercial or residential construction sites.
Certifications: OSHA 10 preferred.
Physical Demands: Ability to lift 50+ lbs, stand/walk for full shifts, and work in varied weather conditions.
Transportation: Must have reliable personal transportation to commute directly to active job sites across Morris County.
