Construction Laborer

Location: Havertown, PA; work is performed at residential jobsites throughout Delaware and Montgomery Counties.

Work Arrangement: Full-time, in-person

Pay: $15 - $20 per hour

Schedule: Monday through Friday; occasional overtime or Saturday work may be required

As a Construction Laborer, you will support experienced carpenters and other team members on residential remodeling projects. You will assist with demolition, framing, painting, material handling, and general job-site needs while learning how to use tools and equipment safely. This opportunity is well suited to someone with a strong work ethic, mechanical aptitude, and a genuine interest in developing a career in construction. Because the work takes place in clients' homes, professionalism, cleanliness, and respect are essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist experienced team members with demolition, framing, painting, remodeling, and related construction tasks.
• Load, unload, organize, and move tools, equipment, and building materials.
• Learn to use construction tools and equipment safely under appropriate supervision.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and free from avoidable hazards.
• Follow directions from carpenters, supervisors, and project leads.
• Help protect clients' homes and maintain a professional job-site environment.
• Support the team wherever needed to keep projects moving efficiently.
• Follow company safety procedures and established job-site standards.
• Assist with supply, material, or disposal runs when assigned.

Required Qualifications 

• Dependable work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Mechanical aptitude and comfort performing hands-on work. 
• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
• Professional and respectful behavior at clients' homes.
• Commitment to job-site safety, organization, and cleanliness.
• Ability to perform residential construction work involving standing, walking, bending, climbing, carrying materials, and lifting up to 50 pounds. 
• Valid driver's license and ability to meet company driving requirements when operating a company vehicle 
• Candidates who are motivated to learn and grow in the trade are encouraged to apply.
• Reliable transportation to the required reporting location or assigned job site. 

Compensation

• Full-time, W-2 employment.
• Pay: $15 - $20 per hour, based on relevant experience and qualifications 
• Monday through Friday schedule.
• Occasional overtime or Saturday work may be required depending on project needs.
• Hands-on training and mentorship from experienced team members.
