TradeWorX is hiring
Construction Laborers for a short-term fence installation project in the Ambridge, PA area. This is a hands-on opportunity paying
$20–$25 per hour for individuals who are ready to work outdoors, stay productive, and support an experienced field crew across multiple job locations. Work will include post installation, temporary fencing, and other general construction tasks.
Carpentry, welding, fencing, or similar construction experience is preferred, but we are also interested in reliable laborers with a strong work ethic who can report consistently for a
6: 00 AM Monday–Friday start.

Pay & Overtime:- $20.00–$25.00 per hour based on experience

Schedule:- Monday–Friday
- Meet at the shop in Ambridge, PA at 6: 00 AM
- Employees will ride with the crew to various job locations
- Daily end time may vary based on project needs
- Short-term project
Job Duties:- Assist with driven/pounded post installation
- Install and assist with temporary fencing
- Perform general labor associated with fence installation
- Support crews with various tasks at changing job locations
- Perform physical, outdoor work as directed by the crew
Requirements:- Ability to report to Ambridge, PA by 6: 00 AM
- Ability to work Monday–Friday and travel with the crew to job locations
- Ability to perform physical, hands-on outdoor labor
- Carpentry or welding experience is preferred but not required
- Additional job-specific requirements will be reviewed during the hiring process
Ideal Candidate:- Dependable and able to report consistently for an early start
- Comfortable performing physical work outdoors
- Previous construction or general labor experience
- Carpentry, welding, fencing, or related hands-on experience is a plus
- Willing to support the crew wherever needed throughout the project
