We are seeking dependable Construction Laborers for a construction client in Evansville, IN. We're looking for candidates with a good attitude, strong work ethic, and previous outdoor or physically demanding work experience.

What You'll Do
- Perform general construction and jobsite labor.
- Assist crews with materials, tools, and site preparation.
- Perform physical work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Follow instructions and established safety procedures.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area.
What We're Looking For
- Previous outdoor work experience such as construction, concrete, landscaping, utilities, or similar work.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Dependable attendance and punctuality.
- Comfortable performing physical labor outdoors.
- Ability to work 9–12 hour shifts.
- Flexibility to work Saturdays during the summer schedule when needed.
- Previous employees may be considered for rehire based on eligibility and reason for separation.
