Construction Laborer

Location: Cornelius, NC

Ready to kick-start your career in construction? We're on the lookout for construction laborers to join our team. If your interest includes luxury residential construction. Candidates must be self-motivated with a desire to collaborate and learn from some of the best builders in the business.

This is a hands-on position with different tasks daily. Travel is a must. You must have dependable transportation and be able to navigate from one project to another.

Responsibilities:

• Assist crews with setup, cleanup, loading, unloading, and material handling.
• Prepare and protect work areas before installation begins.
• Move tools, hoses, supplies, and equipment safely around the jobsite.
• Support installers during spray foam insulation projects.
• Keep jobsites clean, organized, and safe.
• Follow company safety procedures and supervisor instructions.
• Keep positive, be part of the team, and give your best every day.

Skills Required:

• Previous construction or general labor experience preferred.
• Ability to safely perform physical job duties in attics, crawlspaces, warm environments, and active construction settings. 
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical work throughout the day.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
• Must be able to pass an employer-paid respirator fit test as part of onboarding.
• Dependable, punctual, safety-minded, and willing to work as part of a team.
• Mechanical aptitude and comfort working around construction tools, equipment, scaffolding, and jobsite materials is a plus. 

Compensation:

• $17.00 - $19.00 an hour based on experience
