TradeWorX is hiring a Construction Laborer for a long-term residential site development project in Clinton, PA.

If you have experience working on construction sites and enjoy hands-on outdoor work, we want to hear from you.

You will work alongside an established construction crew, helping with daily site activities and supporting underground utility installation.

You do not need to be an experienced pipelayer or heavy equipment operator. We are looking for someone who is dependable, ready to work, and comfortable performing physical construction labor.

Pay & Overtime
Pay: $25.00 per hour

Overtime availability depends on project needs. Eligible overtime is paid in accordance with applicable law.
Schedule
Long-term construction assignment with an immediate staffing need. Specific workdays, reporting times, and weekly hours will be confirmed during the hiring process.
Job Duties

• 
  Assist an established crew with general site development and construction work.
  
• 
  Handle and move construction materials, supplies, and tools.
  
• 
  Help prepare work areas and maintain an organized jobsite.
  
• 
  Support underground utility crews with general labor tasks as directed.
  
• 
  Perform cleanup and other physical construction duties while following jobsite safety procedures.
  

Requirements

• 
  Able to perform physical labor and work outdoors in changing weather conditions.
  
• 
  Reliable transportation to the Clinton, PA, work area.
  
• 
  Dependable attendance and ability to report on time.
  
• 
  Willingness to follow directions and work safely around construction equipment.
  
• 
  Available to begin work promptly.
  

Previous construction experience is preferred, but specialized pipe installation experience is not required.
Ideal Candidate
Someone who has worked in general construction, excavation, site development, landscaping, or another physically demanding outdoor environment.
