Responsibilities:

• Material management and organization.
• Safety is a high priority. Keeping the jobsite neat helps ensure safety.
• Jobsite organization
• Jobsite efficiency
• Assist with coordinating subcontractors and suppliers.
• Assisting with project inspections and site meetings with subcontractors.
• You'll also have your share of problem-solving scenarios to work through to practice critical thinking skills, because creative spaces require creative solutions.
• Keep positive, be part of the team, and give your best every day.

Recent college graduates that exhibit high leadership skills and initiative and excellent communication skills should apply. Candidate must be a self-motivated leader with a desire to collaborate and learn from some of the best builders in the business.

Assist the VP of Construction and Construction Managers in all phases of home construction and renovation projects. This is a hands-on position with different tasks daily. Travel is a must. Candidate must have dependable transportation and be able to navigate from one project to another. Candidate must also be a self-motivated leader with a desire to collaborate and learn from some of the best builders in the business.

Skills Required:

• Organization and attention to details.
• Time management.
• Judgement, discipline and follow through to meet or exceed expectations.
• Willingness to use their hands and get dirty.
• Lifting 50 lbs
• Working knowledge of how to install/fix/take apart things.
• Excellent communication.
