Construction Integration Manager 5 | Phoenix/Goodyear, AZ
Our client, a leading technology infrastructure organization, is seeking a Construction Integration Manager 5 to join their team. You will be part of the Construction Management team supporting data center construction projects across the Phoenix region. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to work independently, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Construction Integration Manager 5
Location: Phoenix/Goodyear, AZ (Onsite)
Pay Range: $86.02 - $92.64/hour
What’s the Job?
- Oversee and coordinate onsite construction activities for data center projects, ensuring progress, quality, and adherence to project schedules.
- Identify, mitigate, and resolve construction, production, and operational issues while collaborating with technical and administrative teams.
- Monitor project performance, quality control measures, and production tracking systems to ensure successful project delivery.
- Review construction plans, blueprints, and designs, identifying potential flaws and recommending solutions.
- Manage project-related procurement activities, including purchase orders, while maintaining project documentation and reports.
What’s Needed?
- 10+ years of construction management or construction supervision experience.
- Previous experience working onsite in construction environments, preferably within data center projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, quality control, production operations, and technical drawings/blueprints.
- Excellent verbal communication, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently.
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Business or a related field preferred.
