Job Title:  Construction Integration Manager 5
Location:  Austin, TX
Salary Range:  $80/hr to $110/hr on W2 

Introduction

We are seeking a dedicated Construction Integration Manager to join our team in Austin, TX. This role involves supervising and coordinating the activities of production and operating workers, ensuring the smooth integration of construction projects.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 10 years of experience in Telecom Project Management
  • 10 years of experience in Schedule Maintenance
  • 10 years of experience in Scope Development
  • Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, and quality control techniques
  • Knowledge of machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair, and maintenance
  • High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree in business or related field preferred
  • Prior work experience at client or in client's industry
  • Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

  • Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, and quality control techniques
  • Knowledge of machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair, and maintenance
  • Knowledge of design techniques, tools, and principles involved in the production of precision technical plans, blueprints, drawings, and models

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Implement measures to motivate employees and improve production methods, equipment performance, product quality, or efficiency
  • Review operations and confer with technical or administrative staff to resolve production or processing problems
  • Develop and implement production tracking and quality control systems, analyzing production, quality control, and maintenance to detect production problems
  • Hire, train, evaluate, and discharge staff, and resolve personal grievances
  • Set and monitor product standards to ensure quality finished products
  • Prepare and maintain production reports and personnel records
