 Construction Integration Manager 3 | Richmond, VA

Our client, a leading technology infrastructure organization, is seeking a Construction Integration Manager 3 to join their team. You will be part of the Construction Management team supporting Data Center Operations, Lease Providers, and Subcontractor Teams. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and excellent project management capabilities that will align successfully within the organization.

Location: Richmond, VA
Pay Range: $75.29 - $81.10/hour

What’s the Job?

  • Supervise and coordinate construction production activities while ensuring projects remain on schedule and within budget.
  • Collaborate with technical, operational, and administrative teams to resolve construction and production-related issues.
  • Develop and implement production tracking and quality control processes to identify and address performance concerns.
  • Monitor subcontractor performance and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including lease providers and operations teams.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, production reports, and personnel records while ensuring quality standards are met.

What’s Needed?

  • 5+ years of experience in construction supervision, production management, or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of project management experience, preferably within construction or data center environments.
  • 2–3 years of telecommunications experience.
  • Strong verbal communication, attention to detail, problem-solving, and time management skills.
  • High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Business or a related field preferred.
