Title: Construction Inspector

Job Description:
The Construction Inspector shall coordinate project construction requirements with the Program Manager, 47th Contracting Squadron (47 CONS), and 47th Civil Engineer Squadron (47 CES) to ensure the proper execution of design, construction, and closeout activities for all non-dFSRM projects.
Required Qualifications:
- Must possess a current 2021 or 2024 National Commercial Inspector Certification from the International Code Council (ICC) under the B2 category or possess a minimum of eight (8) years of experience as a commercial construction superintendent on public, private, and/or Federal projects.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Current 2021 or 2024 National Commercial Electrical Inspector, Commercial Mechanical Inspector, or Commercial Plumbing Inspector Certification from the International Code Council (ICC) under the E2, M2, or P2 category.
- AutoCAD Certified Associate (ACA) or higher.
- E4Clicks certificate demonstrating completion of the Introductory course from AACE International or higher.
