This role involves assisting with concrete placement, finishing, and general labor tasks in support of federal construction projects.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist with the preparation, placement, and finishing of concretePerform site preparation including digging, grading, and form settingLoad, unload, and transport materials, tools, and equipmentOperate hand and power tools safely and effectivelyClean and maintain job sites to ensure safety and efficiencyFollow project plans, specifications, and supervisor instructionsSupport other crew members as needed to complete tasks on scheduleAdhere to all safety procedures and OSHA regulationsQualificationsPrevious construction or concrete experience preferred, but not requiredAbility to perform physically demanding work (lifting, bending, standing for long periods)Strong work ethic and reliabilityAbility to work effectively in a team environmentBasic knowledge of construction tools and equipmentWillingness to work in various weather conditionsRequirementsMust pass a pre-employment drug testMust pass a background check (required for federal base access)Valid driver's license preferredMust be eligible to work on a federal construction siteWork EnvironmentOutdoor construction site on an active military installationExposure to varying weather conditionsPhysically demanding work environment#INDT1C
