Schedule

• Full-Time Hours
• Monday - Friday
• Overtime may be available based on project needs

Job Description

• Assist with framing for residential and commercial new construction projects
• Read and follow measurements, blueprints, and work instructions
• Install wall, floor, and roof framing components
• Use hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment safely
• Perform general construction duties as needed
• Maintain a safe and productive work environment
• Work efficiently to meet project deadlines in a fast-paced setting

Requirements

• Previous experience working on residential and/or commercial construction sites
• Experience with framing, carpentry, construction labor, or related trades preferred
• Ability to read a tape measure and perform basic construction measurements
• Comfortable using hand tools and power tools
• Ability to lift, carry, and move construction materials throughout the workday
• Reliable transportation and strong attendance
• Willingness to learn, take direction, and grow within the company
