- Exceptional organizational skills with experience managing multiple calendars
- Discretion, confidentiality, and sensitivity in handling various matters
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proven ability to prioritize, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university is preferred
- Minimum 2+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, ideally in construction or real estate development

COMPENSATION
- Competitive compensation package, offering up to $75,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
