What you'll actually be doing:

Building estimates from concept through final design Working directly with repeat clients (not chasing cold leads) Collaborating with operations, field teams, and leadership Developing scopes-even from sketches or early ideas Supporting projects that actually get built

Experience estimating construction projects Ability to read plans and understand full project scope Strong communication with clients and subcontractors Someone who takes pride in accuracy and ownership
