Description
HireLevel is looking for a Building Estimator located in Marion, IL.
Job Title: Building Estimator
Job Category: Full-Time
Contract Location: Marion, IL
Shift: 730am – 4pm Monday through Friday
Similar Positions: Office support, administrative assistant, sales associate, purchasing clerk
Compensation: $19/hr. Additional raise after hired on.
Benefits: Paid holidays, Paid time off
Responsibilities of Building Estimator:
- Use of estimating software and hands on pole barn construction is a plus
- Writing of bids and projects proposals
- Ability to read building plans and specs
- Operate different machines and equipment through out the facility
- Ability to communicate effectively over the phone with customers/vendors
Requirements of Building Estimator:
- Ability to work independently
- Strong math and computer skills
- Ability to read a tape measure
- Organization and communication is key
- Must have valid driver license
- Must meet requirements of background and drug screening policies
- Ability to learn and be a team player
