Construction Estimator

We are seeking an experienced Construction Estimator to join our team at Roomi Group Corporation.

 Responsibilities:<\/b>
<\/p>

• Review project plans, specifications, and client communication to determine project scope and requirements.<\/span>
  <\/li>
• Utilize estimating software and tools to create take -offs and proposals based on company SOPs and protocols.<\/span>
  <\/li>
• Identify potential risks and challenges that may impact project costs and schedules.<\/span>
  <\/li>
• Respond to client requests for breakouts, SOVs, VE’s, pricing adjustments, escalations, and other scenarios.<\/span>

  Requirements<\/h3>

  
  <\/div>

  • Bachelor’s degree – preferably in construction management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • 5 years verifiable experience as an Estimator and/or reading construction blueprints on a daily basis.<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Very strong proficiency in reading blueprints.<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Very strong proficiency in using software – estimating software, Excel, Word and PDF readers.<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Detailed, organized, and precise.<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders.<\/span>
