Job Details

Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for construction projects.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and subcontractors to ensure budget alignment.
• Analyze project documents and specifications to identify requirements and scope.
• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and subcontractors to secure competitive pricing.
• Monitor project costs to ensure alignment with estimates and budgets.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in construction estimating, preferably within commercial, industrial, or multifamily sectors.
• Proficiency in estimating software and tools.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.
• A detail-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
