Analyze project plans, specifications, and blueprints to determine project scope and requirements. Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to gather necessary project details. Ensure accuracy and timeliness in all estimating activities to support project goals.The Successful ApplicantA successful Construction Estimator should have: Proficiency in BuildingConnected, ProEst (Autodesk) 3-5 years ideally. Project sizes in the $5M-25M range preferably. Experience with preparing construction cost estimates for diverse projects. Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and industry standards. Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical documents. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Ability to work collaboratively with project teams and stakeholders.
