Key Requirements:

Previous experience in commercial estimating
Knowledge of all trades involved ie; Electrical, plumbing, concrete, framing, HVAC, roofing, drywall, etc.
CAD Experience is a plus
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and technical documents
Strong computer experience and ability to utilize multiple types of software.
Experience working in or knowledge of refrigeration
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
Concrete experience is a huge plus

Shifts:

Monday-Friday
7:00 AM- 4:30 PM
Flexibility as needed
