Job Description
- Oversee all phases of K12 construction projects, ensuring timely and successful completion.
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and subcontractors to maintain quality and safety standards.
- Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources effectively.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
- Supervise and lead construction teams, fostering a productive and efficient work environment.
- Conduct regular site inspections to assess progress and address any project challenges.
- Maintain strong communication with stakeholders, providing updates and resolving concerns.
