Drive the Results.Blue Ribbon Exteriors & Construction is looking for an experienced Construction Division Manager to help build and lead our growing residential and commercial construction division.This is an opportunity for a proven construction leader who is ready for more responsibility and growth. You may be a successful Commercial Project Manager who has reached a ceiling in your current company, or someone from a larger construction organization looking for the opportunity to have a greater impact.Reporting directly to the owner, you will help build the team, establish systems and processes, develop strong industry relationships, and oversee profitable project delivery.This is not a role focused solely on managing existing projects. We are looking for someone who wants to help build the operation and play a meaningful role in its growth.What You'll DoLead and Grow the DivisionHelp build and develop the residential and commercial construction divisionRecruit, onboard, and lead Project Managers, Superintendents, and other construction team members as the division growsEstablish clear processes, standard operating procedures, and accountability systemsIdentify staffing, operational, and process needs to support sustainable growthWork directly with the owner on business priorities and division strategyManage Projects and OperationsOversee projects from preconstruction through completionSupport estimating, budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and job costingMonitor project financial performance, margins, and forecastsCoordinate subcontractors, vendors, internal teams, and project stakeholdersIdentify issues early and develop practical solutionsMaintain high standards for quality, communication, safety, and client serviceBuild Relationships and Support GrowthDevelop and maintain relationships with clients, subcontractors, vendors, architects, designers, and industry partnersSupport new business opportunities and help develop client relationshipsLeverage existing Colorado construction relationships to strengthen the division's trade partner and industry networkWork with leadership to identify opportunities for profitable growthWhat We're Looking ForThe ideal candidate brings strong experience in commercial construction, along with residential construction experience or the ability to work effectively across both sectors.You should have:5+ years of progressive construction management or operations experienceStrong commercial construction experienceResidential construction, remodeling, or custom home experience is highly valuedA track record of delivering profitable projectsExperience with estimating, scheduling, budgeting, forecasting, and job costingStrong understanding of construction sequencing and project executionExperience managing subcontractors, vendors, and project teamsEstablished industry or subcontractor relationships in Colorado are a strong advantageExperience hiring, mentoring, or building construction teamsExperience creating or improving processes and standard operating proceduresStrong client relationship and communication skillsBusiness development or sales experience is a plusThe ability to work independently, make sound decisions, and solve problems quicklyWho Will Thrive HereThis role is a strong fit for someone who is ambitious, accountable, and motivated by the opportunity to build something.You enjoy taking ownership, developing relationships, solving complex problems, and seeing the direct results of your work.
