The Project Manager will lead the execution of ground-up multifamily construction projects, overseeing all aspects from preconstruction through closeout. This role requires strong experience managing mixed-use, hospitality, and multifamily construction projects, as well as manage RFP/RFQ processes.

Requirements Our Project Manager will: - Manage luxury multifamily construction projects from preconstruction through completion - Lead subcontractor buyout, scope alignment, and contract execution - Develop and maintain detailed project schedules in coordination with field teams - Oversee project financials including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control - Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and all project documentation - Coordinate with Superintendents on vertical construction sequencing and execution - Interface directly with developers and ownership groups - Ensure quality standards are met, particularly in unit finishes and amenity spaces - Identify and mitigate risks to maintain schedule and budget performance - Support and mentor APMs or junior staff
