CONSTRUCTION COORDINATOR QUALIFICATIONS:

️ Permitting experience is key – candidates with permitting-only backgrounds are welcome to apply

️ Residential construction experience a plus

️ Background with a top production home builder preferred; custom home builder experience also considered

CONSTRUCTION COORDINATOR COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

$65,000 - $75,000
