Construction Coordinator – Multiple U.S. Locations
Duration: 12 Months (with potential extension)
Schedule: Up to 60 hours/week including weekends & shutdown support
Travel: Up to 50% domestic travel

We are seeking Construction Coordinators to support manufacturing projects including retooling, shutdowns, expansion.
About the Role
This position provides on site leadership, contractor coordination, schedule management, and field oversight across large construction and facility upgrade projects. The Construction Coordinator acts as the key connection between field teams and project management to ensure work is completed safely, on time, and within budget.
This is a hands-on, fast-paced job ideal for someone experienced in construction execution, field supervision, and project coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and supervise daily construction and contractor activities
- Serve as the primary link between field crews and project management teams
- Plan and manage weekend and shutdown work periods
- Track RFIs, estimates, purchase orders, and documentation
- Oversee project schedules, milestones, manpower, and material needs
- Monitor budgets and support cost-control processes
- Enforce site safety requirements and verify PPE compliance
- Participate in meetings, reporting, and field coordination activities
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of construction experience, 10+ years preferred
- Experience coordinating or supervising construction teams
- Strong understanding of building construction, field operations, and contractor workflows
- Experience with RFIs, budgeting, scheduling, estimates, and purchase order support
- Ability to work extended hours, weekends, and shutdown periods
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to travel domestically as needed (up to 50%)
- Must follow all PPE requirements of the site including steel-toe footwear, safety glasses, protective headwear and any additional PPE as required
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with industrial, commercial, or manufacturing construction projects
- Familiarity with contractor management and field installation sequencing
- Comfort using digital project documentation or construction software
