    Construction Coordinator (Pipeline) | North Slope, Alaska | 14/14 Rotation

    Summary:   
    We are seeking experienced Pipeline Construction Coordinators to support a large-scale pipeline construction project on Alaska's North Slope. This position plays a critical role in overseeing field execution, contractor performance, safety compliance, logistics coordination, and interface management across multiple construction work fronts.

    This is a rotational position based at Alpine, Alaska, working a 14 days on / 14 days off schedule supporting one of the industry's most significant infrastructure developments.

    Schedule & Location

    • Location: Alpine, Alaska (North Slope)
    • Rotation: 14 Days On / 14 Days Off (12HR Days)
    • Assignment Length: 8-month contract
    • Desired Start Date: October 2026
    • Travel between personal residence and Anchorage is non-reimbursable

      Key Responsibilities

      • Provide daily field oversight of pipeline construction activities
      • Monitor contractor performance and support construction execution plans
      • Identify field execution challenges and help develop practical solutions
      • Coordinate with construction, logistics, materials, operations, drilling, and completions teams
      • Support management of simultaneous operations (SIMOPS)
      • Ensure construction activities meet quality, schedule, cost, and safety expectations
      • Participate in constructability reviews and execution planning
      • Coordinate material deliveries and contractor requirements
      • Conduct field walkdowns and verify safe work practices
      • Participate in toolbox meetings, safety audits, incident-free culture initiatives, and Life Saving Rule verifications
      • Ensure compliance with project permits and regulatory requirements
      • Support effective communication between contractors, operations, and project leadership

      Required Qualifications

      • 10+ years of pipeline construction or heavy industrial construction experience
      • Experience overseeing contractor field activities on large capital projects
      • Experience managing interfaces between multiple construction contractors
      • Strong understanding of construction safety programs, JHAs, THAs, permits, and field risk management
      • Experience supporting project execution, logistics coordination, and materials management
      • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
      • Valid driver's license
      • Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship

      Preferred Qualifications

      • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
      • 5+ years of Arctic, remote, or extreme-weather construction experience
      • 5+ years of construction supervision, field leadership, or construction management experience
      • Pipeline, oil & gas, facilities, or infrastructure project experience
      • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
      • Proven success supporting large, multi-contractor construction projects
