Job Title: Construction Coordinator II
Job at a Glance: We are seeking a Coordinator to support the administrative management and lifecycle tracking of telecommunications construction projects. The ideal candidate will have prior construction industry experience, strong Excel and reporting capabilities, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects and milestones simultaneously.
Location: 4x onsite at 2501 Southwest 145th Avenue Miramar FL 33027
Shift: 7:30am - 4:30pm (Fridays remote)
Pay Rate: $28.50/hr W2 + optional benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision, and 401k)
Duration of Contract: Long term contract with extension/conversion possibility
Responsibilities:

• Create and manage construction jobs within project tracking systems.
• Track projects through the full lifecycle, ensuring milestones are updated accurately and on time.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for internal cross-functional teams.
• Create and manage funding requests and purchase orders.
• Support material tracking, reconciliation, and reporting.
• Analyze project data and generate reports to identify trends, issues, and areas for improvement.

Required Skills:

• Previous Construction Project Coordination, ideally telecom
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, reporting, and data analysis
• Experience tracking project data, milestones, budgets, and documentation
