Construction Controller, CEO-Facing Finance Leader (Relocate to Columbia, MO)

Why this role?

Report directly to the CEO and lead every part of finance for a growing construction company. Compensation is $150,000-$200,000+ and a bonus of up to 30%.

What will you own?

• Leadership of the accounting team
• Revenue recognition, job cost, and WIP
• Audits, equipment costing, and KPIs
• Accounts receivable, billing, cash flow, and budgeting

Who are we looking for?

• CPA, MCA, or CCIFP (required), plus an accounting or finance degree
• Construction accounting background; Viewpoint Vista knowledge is a plus
• 7+ years in accounting or finance, with 3+ years in management

Where?

On-site in Columbia, MO. Candidates in the Wentzville area must relocate to Columbia, MO; relocation is required.
