A bit about us:

The Construction Contracts Administrator plays a key role in supporting the full lifecycle of construction projects through the coordination and administration of contracts and project-related documentation. Responsibilities include managing contracts, purchase orders, payment and performance bonds, lender draw submissions, change orders, compliance and licensing requirements, financial tracking, and project closeout activities to ensure operational efficiency and regulatory compliance.

Position is fully remote, however the candidate must be located in PST or MST.

Qualifications

Education & Experience
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in construction contract administration, project coordination, construction accounting, or a related role.
  • Experience supporting commercial, industrial, multifamily, or infrastructure construction projects preferred.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
  • Strong understanding of construction contracts, subcontracts, purchase orders, and change order processes.
  • Knowledge of construction compliance requirements, insurance certificates, lien waivers, and bonding documentation.
  • Familiarity with project accounting principles and construction financial reporting.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
  • Experience with construction management or ERP software such as Procore, Viewpoint, CMiC, Sage, JD Edwards, or similar platforms preferred.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and document control skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with project managers, subcontractors, vendors, lenders, and clients.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Construction industry experience with a general contractor, developer, owner, or construction management firm.
  • Experience preparing lender draw packages and supporting project financing activities.
  • Knowledge of licensing requirements across multiple states or jurisdictions.
  • Understanding of AIA contract documents and standard construction contract practices.
