Construction Company Controller (Columbia, MO)

Why this role?

This is a chance to report to the CEO of a growing construction company and own the whole finance function. It pays $150,000-$200,000+ plus up to 30% in bonus.

What will you own?

• Job cost, WIP, and revenue recognition
• Budgets, cash flow, billing, and accounts receivable
• Equipment costing, KPIs, and audit work
• Managing the accounting team

Who are we looking for?

• 7+ years in accounting or finance, at least 3 in a management role
• A CPA, MCA, or CCIFP (required) and an accounting or finance degree
• Construction accounting experience, ideally with Viewpoint Vista

Where?

On-site in Columbia, MO. Relocation from Chesterfield to Columbia, MO is required.
