Role Summary:

The Construction Commercial Manager will lead customer-focused construction technology strategies across the product portfolio, delivering innovative solutions that accelerate autonomy and create greater value for customers.

What You Will Do (Job Duties):

  • Assess business strengths, gaps, and market dynamics to identify sales opportunities and support growth strategies.

  • Lead and coordinate daily team activities to promote, sell, and deploy solutions that address customers' toughest challenges while ensuring customer feedback is resolved effectively.

  • Develop and manage key performance indicators in partnership with customers to support short- and long-term technology strategies and build training programs that enable seamless execution.

  • Manage and develop a team delivering autonomy and technology solutions aligned with Caterpillar's strategic direction.

Top Candidates Will Have:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

  • Progressive success in construction or related industry.

  • Demonstrated success in account management and building strong customer relationships.

  • Proven leadership experience leading teams, projects, or business initiatives.

Additional Information:

  • This position is located in Irving, TX or Peoria, IL.

  • Relocation assistance is available.

  • Travel in this role is up to 75%.

Summary Pay Range:

$159,120.00 - $238,680.00

Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, individual performance and experience. Please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Caterpillar.
