Job Title: General Laborer / Construction Clean-Up Crew
Location:Taylor, Tx
Pay Rate: $18.00
Schedule: Monday- Friday 7a-4p
 
  • Must be able to provide a valid CONSTRUCTION OSHA 10 certification
  • Must be able to pass a background check
Job Summary
We are seeking dependable and hardworking individuals to join our team as General Laborers specializing in construction site clean-up. This role is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and organized job site while supporting construction crews with basic labor tasks.
Key Responsibilities
  • Perform general construction site clean-up, including debris removal and disposal
  • Sweep, shovel, and maintain cleanliness of work areas
  • Assist with loading and unloading materials
  • Move materials and equipment to designated areas
  • Support skilled tradesmen as needed
  • Follow all safety procedures and guidelines
  • Operate basic hand tools and equipment
Qualifications
  • Previous construction or general labor experience preferred, but not required
  • Ability to lift and carry 50+ lbs consistently
  • Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality are required
  • Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
