Construction cleaner

Our client, an industry leader in construction and manufacturing, is seeking a dedicated Return Worker to join their team. As a Return Worker, you will be an essential part of the operations team supporting the form works department. The ideal candidate will demonstrate resilience, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Return Worker

Location: Paterson, NJ

Pay Range: $18/ hourly

Shift: 6am-2:30pm

What's the Job?

• Cleaning off forms, including concrete, oils, and paints
• Storing inventory and making supply orders
• Performing heavy lifting tasks safely and efficiently
• Using hand tools such as air blasters for cleaning and maintenance
• Supporting the form works return process to ensure smooth workflow

What's Needed?

• Ability to perform heavy physical tasks and lift heavy objects
• Experience with hand tools and basic maintenance
• Strong attention to safety protocols and procedures
• Reliable and punctual work ethic
• Willingness to work in a physically demanding environment
