Hours: 8am - 2pm (project dependent)

As a Construction Clean Up Laborer, you'll role purpose . You'll work closely with manager, department, or team to deliver results that make a difference.
What You'll Do As a Construction Clean Up Laborer, you will be responsible for
Walk through active construction areas to collect debris and trash from newly built homes
Place debris and leftover materials into designated containers for removal
Sweep streets, sidewalks, and driveways to keep the site clean
Follow safety and cleanliness standards at all times
Stay clear of fully built, landscaped, or occupied homesfocus only on visible, under-construction areas
What You'll Bring The ideal candidate for this role will have:
Entry-level interest and readiness to learn in the construction industry
Ability to stand, walk, and bend comfortably during a shift
Capacity to lift up to 50 lbs as needed; most debris is lightweight
Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a safety-first attitude
