A well-regarded New York law firm is adding a Construction Associate to its team. This is a chance to do sophisticated, substantive work, take real ownership of your matters, and grow alongside experienced attorneys.

What you'll do

- Represent owners, contractors, and developers in construction disputes

- Draft and negotiate construction contracts

- Handle arbitration, litigation, and mediation

- Advise on project risk and claims

What you bring

- J.D. and active New York bar admission (or eligibility to waive in)

- Construction law experience (litigation and/or transactional)

- Excellent writing, research, and analytical skills

- The ability to manage matters with increasing independence
