Assistant Superintendent

Job Description
- Assist in managing daily site operations for grocery and retail construction projects.
- Support the Superintendent in ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other team members to maintain project schedules.
- Monitor and resolve on-site issues to ensure smooth progress of construction activities.
- Review project plans and specifications to ensure accurate execution.
- Communicate updates and progress reports to the project management team.
- Support efforts to maintain a clean and organized construction site.
- Assist in managing project documentation, including change orders and daily reports.
