Support Project Managers through all phases of construction projects. Assist with budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and project administration. Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, meeting minutes, and project documentation. Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, consultants, architects, and clients. Track project progress and help ensure milestones are achieved on schedule. Assist with project reporting, cost tracking, and closeout activities. Help maintain project quality, safety, and client satisfaction.

A successful Assistant Project Manager should have: 2+ years of experience with a General Contractor. Experience in commercial interiors, retail, and/or public construction projects. Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills. Knowledge of project management processes and construction documentation. Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office, or similar construction software. Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to develop into a Project Manager role. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
