Construction Assistant Project Manager

DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES?
- A minimum of three years’ experience assisting the PM in overseeing all construction phases, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Proficiency in Procore and solid knowledge of construction procedures, building codes, scheduling, estimating, and safety practices.
- Site management coordination experience and demonstrated ability to interpret complex construction plans.
- Strong sense of urgency and GC experience to make an immediate impact.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective team collaboration.
- Adept at handling essential office tasks to support the Project Manager.
