    Position: Construction Administrator


    Position Overview:

    We are currently seeking a Construction Administrator to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction administration and be highly organized and detail-oriented. This individual will play a crucial role in supporting our construction projects and ensuring their success.

    Key Responsibilities:

    - Coordinate and manage all administrative tasks related to construction projects, including but not limited to: contract management, subcontractor coordination, change order processing, and project documentation

    - Communicate with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project progress and address any issues that may arise

    - Maintain accurate and up-to-date project records, including contracts, change orders, and project correspondence

    - Review and process invoices and purchase orders to ensure accurate and timely payments

    - Assist in the preparation of project budgets and track project expenses

    - Collaborate with project managers and other team members to ensure project deadlines are met

    - Participate in project meetings and provide administrative support as needed

    - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in construction administration

    Qualifications:

    - Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field

    - Minimum of 2 years of experience in construction administration, preferably in the commercial or residential sector

    - Strong organizational and time-management skills

    - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

    - Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software

    - Ability to work independently and in a team environment

    - Knowledge of construction contracts and project documentation processes

    - Detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
