Job Title: Construction AdministratorJob Description
The Construction Administrator proactively leads commercial construction projects throughout the construction phase, serving as a key liaison between owners, contractors, architects, consultants, and internal project teams. This full-time, exempt role is based in the Harrisburg, PA office with a hybrid schedule, and focuses on contract administration, field observation, documentation, and coordination from construction documents through project closeout.

Work Environment
This role is based in the Harrisburg, PA office and offers a hybrid work schedule, with in-office presence on Mondays and Thursdays and remote work on other days. The position involves regular travel to construction sites, typically up to twice per week, with meals and mileage fully covered. Team members work directly with owners, contractors, architects, and consultants, gaining exposure to diverse commercial project types and budgets exceeding $1 million. The environment is highly collaborative, with employees entrusted to lead project meetings, coordinate RFIs and submittals, manage change orders and pay applications, and oversee construction activities through project closeout. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $75000.00 - $100000.00/yr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
Health Benefits Multiple medical plan options are available, including: PPO plans with deductibles ranging from $500 to $1,650 per individual. HSA-compatible plans with deductibles of $1,000 and $3,000 per individual. Dental and vision coverage are included with the benefit elections. Employees who waive company health insurance are eligible for a $1,000 annual healthcare bonus. 401(k) Retirement Plan Employer contribution is the lesser of: 10% of the employee"s annual contribution, or 1% of the employee"s annual salary. Paid Holidays Nine paid holidays annually, including: New Year"s Day Memorial Day Independence Day Labor Day Thanksgiving Day Day After Thanksgiving Christmas Day Two Floating/Personal Holidays that can be used throughout the year with supervisor approval. Vacation Time New employees accrue vacation at one day per month after two months of full-time employment, providing up to 10 days during the first year. After the first year, employees earn two weeks (80 hours) annually. Employees with 5+ years of service receive increased vacation based on tenure, with schedules showing growth up to approximately 15 days per year depending on role and years of service. Sick Leave Sick leave varies by employee classification and tenure: Support Staff/Hourly employees begin with 2 days and increase with service. Professional/Admin/Sales employees begin with 3 days and increase over time. Executive employees receive higher sick leave allowances, increasing with tenure. Leave Programs The company complies with both the Federal and State Family & Medical Leave Acts (FMLA).
