Requirements
Correctional / Jail Facility Experience: Demonstrated direct experience managing construction administration or architectural oversight within correctional facilities, detention centers, or high-security public safety environments.
Autonomous Project Management: Proven track record of managing project-level construction administration independently with minimal direct supervision.
Industry Background: Minimum 5–8+ years of architectural administration, construction management, or owner's representation experience on complex institutional or public sector projects.
Communication & Technical Acumen: Superior oral and written communication skills, with strong capabilities in contractor negotiations and multi-disciplinary coordination.
