We are seeking a Construction Administrative Assistant to support project teams with administrative tasks.

Responsibilities include creating subcontracts, change orders, and purchase orders, tracking manpower hours, maintaining electronic project files, and assisting with project closeout punch list items.

Additional duties involve coordinating information flow between executives and project staff, managing safety and training documentation, and performing other assigned tasks.

Ideal candidates are organized, proactive problem solvers with strong interpersonal skills, able to collaborate across all levels of leadership.

Requirements include an Associate’s degree in Business Administration (preferred), at least 2 years of relevant experience, and proficiency in MS Office. Knowledge of construction processes and tools like Procore or Viewpoint is a plus.
