    As a Construction Accounting Administrator you will:

    • Partners with Project Managers Accounts Payable
    • Add vendors, enter invoices and cut checks for Construction, Development and Mini Storage teams
    • Verify budgets within job cost modules
    • Distribute job cost reporting to key Construction leaders
    • Prepare draws for HUD, Conventional Financing and Mini Storage jobs
    • Document gathering for equity installments and preparation of draw for job closings
    • Print and distribute A/P checks monthly per draw funding
    • Prepare and record insurance risk monthly reporting
    • Prepare and record payroll allocations
    • Monitor building turns and Certificate of Occupancies
    • Administer A/P check runs twice monthly
    • Set up job files and coordinate new draws electronically

    Reports to: Assistant Controller

    Qualifications:

    • Associates degree preferred or equivalent experience of 3 years in computerized accounting
    • Strong Accounts Payable and Bookkeeping experience
    • Outstanding attention to detail with regard to accounting figures, insurance and documents
    • Experience with Yardi and Sage Intacct software highly preferred, not required
    • Adaptable to a quick paced environment
    • Positive demeanor and effective communicator
    • Internally and externally service minded
