Description

  • Coordinate and supervise all construction activities on-site, ensuring projects are completed within scope, budget, and schedule.
  • Collaborate with project managers, architects, and subcontractors to ensure seamless communication and efficient project delivery.
  • Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a secure work environment for all team members.
  • Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources effectively to meet or exceed client expectations.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to on-site teams, fostering a collaborative and positive work culture.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks to ensure work meets high standards and complies with historical preservation guidelines.

Profile

  • Minimum of 5+ years of construction management experience, with a focus in hospitality and country club construction.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and completing projects on time and within budget.
  • In-depth knowledge of historical preservation techniques and guidelines.
  • Strong understanding of hotel construction and renovation processes.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • OSHA certification and familiarity with local building codes and regulations.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
