Description:
We're partnering with a global manufacturing organization seeking an experienced Consolidations Manager to provide immediate support during a critical transition. This is an excellent opportunity for an accounting leader who thrives in fast-paced public company environments and has expertise in financial consolidations, corporate accounting, or controllership.

While the initial assignment is expected to last approximately two months, strong performance could lead to an extension or even a permanent opportunity if business needs continue.

What You'll Do

• Lead the monthly global financial consolidation process across multiple domestic and international entities.
• Prepare and review consolidation entries, including intercompany eliminations, foreign currency translation, and inventory profit eliminations.
• Review financial reporting packages submitted by global business units for accuracy and U.S. GAAP compliance.
• Partner with regional controllers, FP&A, corporate accounting, tax, and legal teams to support accurate financial reporting.
• Investigate and resolve intercompany variances and consolidation issues.
• Support SEC reporting, including financial statement footnote support and cash flow reporting.
• Help strengthen internal controls and improve the efficiency of the global close and consolidation process.
• Serve as a key contact for internal and external auditors.
• Assist with the financial integration of newly acquired entities.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• CPA preferred
• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience
• Public accounting and public company experience strongly preferred
• Experience with financial consolidations in a complex, multinational organization
• Strong knowledge of:
  • U.S. GAAP
  • Consolidation accounting (ASC 810)
  • Foreign currency accounting (ASC 830)
• Experience with consolidation platforms such as OneStream, Hyperion, or Tagetik (Tagetik is a plus)
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills
