Connects Before School AM Program Assistant

Join a dedicated team providing a safe, engaging, and warm environment for students in grades K4-5. This part-time, morning role is perfect for educators, students, or community members seeking a rewarding position.

• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM - 9:30 AM (follows student calendar)
• Status: Part-time, hourly (non-exempt), non-benefit eligible
• Reports To: Site Manager and Assistant Site Manager

Key Responsibilities

Support Student Growth: Guide children through academic help and fun enrichment activities individually or in groups.

Collaborate on Activities: Help lead staff implement and facilitate creative, engaging curriculum plans.

Ensure Safety: Supervise youth actively to maintain a secure, organized, and positive environment.

Build Connections: Foster strong, professional relationships with parents, students, and colleagues.

Work as a Team: Contribute to a high-quality, professional, and smoothly run program.

Adapt as Needed: Perform other program-related duties as assigned by leadership.

The final candidate must successfully complete/pass a criminal background check, pre-employment requirements (physical, TB test, etc.), and hiring paperwork.
