  • Schedule: Monday through Friday, 2:30 PM - 6:00 PM (follows student calendar)
  • Status: Part-time, hourly (non-exempt), non-benefit eligible
  • Reports To: Site Manager and Assistant Site Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Support Student Success: Provide academic and enrichment activities to students in grades K5-5th in both individual and group settings.
  • Collaborate on Curriculum: Partner with the Lead Teacher to design, develop, and implement lesson plans tailored to elementary-aged children.
  • Supervise and Manage: Ensure active supervision and positive behavior management for youth enrolled in the Before and After School Program.
  • Foster Relationships: Cultivate strong partnerships and maintain open communication with parents, families, and students.
  • Contribute to Team Excellence: Work collaboratively with staff to maintain a highly professional, well-organized, and smooth-running program.
  • Maintain Safety: Create and preserve a warm, welcoming, and physically and emotionally safe environment for all participants.
  • Adapt to Program Needs: Adapt to changing program needs by executing other supportive duties as assigned.
