Position: Family Medicine Physician (MD/DO)
Location: Oxford, Connecticut
Schedule: Full-Time | Permanent
A well-established, community-focused healthcare organization in the Oxford, Connecticut area is actively seeking a full-time Family Medicine Physician to join its growing Primary Care team. The organization maintains an academic affiliation with Yale School of Medicine, offering opportunities for teaching, mentorship, and professional development.

• Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care services across the lifespan
• Diagnose and manage acute, chronic, and preventive health conditions
• Perform annual wellness visits, routine physicals, and preventive screenings
• Coordinate care with specialists and hospital-based providers
• Utilize EMR for accurate and timely documentation
• Participate in shared call coverage (phone-only, minimal burden)
• Collaborate closely with advanced practice providers, nursing staff, and care coordinators
• Opportunities to engage in academic, teaching, and quality improvement initiatives
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
• Eligible for Connecticut State medical licensure
• Active or eligible DEA registration
• Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care
Compensation is open to discussion and commensurate with experience.
